Unit: BASE 16In the year 2995, it was proposed that an autonomous computerized intelligence could be produced and placed inside an android like unit that would function on it's own. The man behind this project was Dr. Nathaniel Wincombe D. Tech., who received funding from the military, as they saw the project as an alternative to trained humans on the battle field. It was ultimately concluded that housing the intelligence inside a human sized unit would prove useless do to the needed mechanical components of the technology. Not willing to let the project die, Dr. Wincombe proposed building a larger housing for the system which was begrudgingly approved. O Unit: BASE 16

Age Old ArgumentIt's a seedy old bar, lost in the back alleys of the town. The only people who go there are regulars anyway. At a table in the back, four patrons sit. A small frail man, his skin pale, his body shakes. He sips at something that looks toxicly green. To his right, an overly thin woman, a jolt of red hair descends from her head. She has no drink. Continuing to the right a gruff brute sits. Everything about him screams danger. He drinks a concoction that is blood red. The last man on the table just seems dark. His hair is black, his clothes are black, his drink is black. The quartet mutter amongst themselves.

Friday marks the conclusion of Project Empire 2: Empire Gaming. We had an interesting turn out of people, with quite a lot of enthusiasm. I did not have time enough at the end to do final calculations on what we made but we definitively made some kind of profit.

For those curious, the end results were:
First Place: Mathew Arbucci
Second Place: Samuel Bradshaw
Third Place: Alek Senoui
Fourth Place: Zack Laraby

Honorable Mentions:
Justin Dodd: He was in line to win this thing but fell sick right before Semi-Finals.
Jordan Via: He had never even played Brawl before and made it to Semis.

Thank you to :iconrext-rex:, :iconxiongli:, Guy (don't know if he has a dA), Mr. Glietz, Mr. Miller, Mrs. Condiotti, and any other faculty members who watched over us.
